Drummond Consultants - Your Success Begins With Us...
With a combined experience of thirty two years, Drummond Consultants have the know how you need. Our bios below offer an insight into what motivates and drives us.
Hi I'm Aisling- one half of Drummond Consultants. The journey for me to this point has been wide, varied and has taken me across continents. My undergraduate degree is in Music & English which was followed by a Masters in Regional and Urban Town Planning. However behind the scenes I have always been employed in the hospitality industry. With over fifteen years experience in the industry working for local entrepreneurs such as Louis Fitzgerald and for giant corporations such as Hilton Worldwide, in many roles from Sales Director to hotel General Manager. My passion is in sales and driving revenue streams, investigating the market and planning ahead.

I have been exposed to all elements of the hospitality industry in Ireland. In a quest to find some work-life balance we moved from Dublin to West Cork where I decided to take the wealth of knowledge, contacts and network I have acquired over the years and use it to guide and assist SME's and organisations in their own adventures.

Craig here, the other half of Drummond Consultants. With over seventeen years in retail management, I bring extensive experience of the highs and lows that working in the retail industry entails. Like Aisling, I have worked for large multi-national companies like Heatons, Sports Direct and Homestore & More while also managing smaller family owned retail ventures.

I hold a BA in Business & Marketing and after our move to West Cork, I decided to undertake a Master's degree in performance coaching and personnel management. I can offer a unique insight on how to manage, motivate and inspire a team using friendly, yet direct approaches, offering solutions to problems you may be encountering within your organisation. Merchandising, purchasing and implementation of internal retail structures continues to be a keen focus.
As a qualified sports coach, I have had great success coaching and working with sports teams across multiple sporting codes. Specialising in goal attainment performance coaching and sports psychology with teams and individuals, my passion is getting the very best out of people.
